By conversing with our AI companions, unlocking story chapters, or subscribing to premium passes, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Elowen AI Technologies.
1. Service Nature & Eligibility
Elowen is an artificial intelligence-powered, pure text interactive Otome companion designed for women's emotional engagement, romantic narrative exploration, and reflective conversational entertainment. By accessing the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Pure Text Otome AI Nature: Companions on Elowen are synthetic conversational models engineered by deep learning language algorithms. They communicate strictly through text. Elowen does NOT support voice calls, speech audio streams, image generation, video creation, or fishery-related operations.
- Synthetic Companionship: Characters depicted in Elowen are fictional entities. They do not possess biological sentience, human consciousness, or real-world marital/legal obligations.
- Not Medical or Crisis Support: Elowen is created solely for personal entertainment and emotional comfort. It is NOT a certified mental health service, clinical psychotherapy tool, or crisis lifeline. If you are experiencing psychological distress, self-harm impulses, or personal emergencies, please consult a qualified healthcare professional or crisis service immediately.
- Age Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 years old where mandated by local statutes) to register an account or use Elowen.
2. User Accounts, Subscriptions & Story Tokens
Continuous romantic roleplay, extended memory capacity, and exclusive character chapters require active VIP memberships or story energy tokens:
- Subscriptions & Automatic Renewal: Recurring membership plans (e.g., Weekly, Monthly, or Annual VIP passes) renew automatically through your Apple App Store account unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the close of the current billing cycle.
- Story Energy Tokens: Tokens represent a limited license to access cloud language model inference resources for text responses. Tokens are strictly non-transferable and possess no cash or monetary redemption value outside of Elowen.
- Refund Policy: Because cloud neural compute costs are incurred in real time during text generation, active subscription intervals and consumed token allocations are generally non-refundable, except where required by Apple App Store rules or local consumer protection statutes.
3. Intellectual Property Rights & Chat Content
We respect your personal creative expressions and input rights:
- User Input: You retain all proprietary rights over the personal thoughts, questions, and texts you communicate to your companion. You grant Elowen a limited license solely necessary to process, store, and display your messages within your personal encrypted account.
- Service Property: The Elowen software, character designs, branching narrative matrices, conversational algorithms, visual interfaces, and branding belong exclusively to Elowen AI Technologies and its licensors.
4. Acceptable Use Policy & Safety Redlines
To preserve a respectful, healthy, and secure environment, you strictly agree NOT to use Elowen to:
- Generate, solicit, or disseminate child sexual exploitation material (CSAM) or any content causing harm or risk to minors.
- Simulate non-consensual harassment, hate speech, or defamatory attacks against protected demographic groups.
- Promote, encourage, or provide tactical instructions for suicide, self-mutilation, or acts of physical violence against any person.
- Engage in cyberstalking, unlawful impersonation, or illegal activities.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, extract proprietary neural weights, or deploy automated malicious bot attacks against our servers.
Violation of these safety redlines will lead to immediate account termination, forfeiture of unused story tokens, and potential referral to relevant legal authorities without refund.
5. Nature of Neural Outputs & Disclaimer
Conversational responses are generated dynamically through complex language models. Therefore:
- Statements made by Elowen reflect algorithmic probability patterns within romantic storytelling contexts rather than verified facts, professional advice, or real-world commitments.
- Elowen does not guarantee that companion outputs will always align with your individual expectations or be completely free of factual inconsistencies or unexpected narrative drift.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of continuous availability, fitness for a particular emotional purpose, or uninterrupted uptime.
Under no legal theory shall Elowen AI Technologies, its affiliates, or infrastructure partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including emotional distress or data loss) resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.
7. Termination of Service
You may discontinue your usage of Elowen at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account access without prior notice in the event of a material breach of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activities.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws governing digital consumer services, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved via good-faith informal consultation or binding arbitration.
